Compound Creative Arts - Terms and Conditions

By signing up with Compound Creative Arts, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings and Fees

  • All class fees must be paid in full before the start of each term to secure your child’s place.
  • Payments must be cleared at least 1 week before the first class.
  • Failure to pay on time, may result in your child's place being automatically lost and offered to the waiting list.
  • All payments are processed online via ClassForKids. A confirmation email will be issued upon successful booking.
  • Additional fees may apply for shows, costumes and extra rehearsals.

Sibling Discounts

  • Sibling discounts are automatically applied at checkout where applicable.

 Attendance, Missed Classes, and Cancellations

  • Fees must be paid on time regardless of attendance. No refunds, credits or discounts will be provided for classes missed due to illness, holidays or other planned absences.
  • In the unlikely event a class is cancelled, we will seek to provide a replacement date.

Classes

  • Classes run over 12 weeks, inclusive of half terms. With scheduled breaks for Christmas, Easter and the summer holidays. 
  • All children must be collected by a parent/guardian at the end of class, unless we have been informed in via text or email, that alternative arrangements are in place. For example, walking home alone.
  • All younger children must be collected at the class door.
  • If another adult is collecting a child, this must be communicated in advance.

Clothing, Drinks and Snacks

  • Your child should come dressed in comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes, suitable for an active class.
  • Please ensure your child brings a water bottle, and if bringing a snack, that it complies with school food safety guidelines.

Health & Safety

  • We must be informed of any medical conditions, injuries or additional needs.
  • Please ensure we have the correct details for you and your child, and we are updated with any changes to health.

Photography and Media Use

  • We may use photos and videos from classes and performances for our social media and promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child’s face to be used, please inform us in writing

Safeguarding

  • We are fully insured and all teachers hold enhanced DBS checks.
  • We have at least one paediatric first aid trained staff member on site.
